Refund Policy :
1. Broken or Damaged Items :
If you receive a broken or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a exchange. In order to process the exchange, the broken or damaged product must be returned to the sender. Once we receive the item and confirm the damage, a exchange will be issued to you.
2. Product Going Bad:
If you experience any issues with the quality of the product due to it going bad before expiry date, provided it has been stored properly according to the instructions provided, you are eligible for an exchange of the product for a new one. Please contact us to inform us about the situation and return the bad product to the sender. Upon receiving the item and verifying the quality concern, we will exchange it for a new product of the same kind.
Please note:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items shipped by us.
