Signature Beef Bone Broth Concentrate 1L is made from selected grass-fed beef bones, water and natural seasoning. It is slow-simmered and reduced to create a full-bodied concentrate for sipping or cooking.
The broth may become gelatinous when chilled; this is a natural characteristic of concentrated bone broth. Dilute it according to taste or use it directly in savoury dishes.
How to use
- Light sipping broth: Mix 4 tablespoons with 150ml hot water
- Balanced: Mix 5 tablespoons with 150ml hot water
- Deep: Mix 6 tablespoons with 150ml hot water
- Broth shot: Warm a 50ml portion and sip
- Cooking: Add to soups, stews, rice, sauces and gravies
