How to use

Apply a small amount to clean, intact skin on areas such as the feet, calves, shoulders or lower back. Massage gently until absorbed. Begin with a small amount, especially when using a topical magnesium product for the first time.

Aqua (Water), Magnesium Chloride, Tallow (Beef Tallow), Cetearyl Alcohol, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood) Oil, Sodium Benzoate.
