How to Use
Scoop the required amount into a pan, pot or roasting tray and heat as you would another cooking fat. Start with a small amount and add more as needed.

Storage: No refrigeration is normally required before opening. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It may liquefy during hot weather; refrigerate if a firmer texture is preferred.
