I bought the Lard specifically because my Aunt used to fry Vetkoek in the Lard fried out when making Cracling. They were farmers and she would save everything. You just can't equal the taste of freshly deep fried Vetkoek in Lard, try it! You can buy Eureka Vetkoek Mix if you're not experienced with making your own dough.
