How to Use
Scoop the required amount into a pan, pot or roasting tray and heat as you would another cooking fat. Start with a small amount and add more as needed.

I am very disappointed
I ordered this and the beef tallow some time ago. The pork lard works better for me since out of the fridge I can just scoop with a teaspoon instead of having to break of pieces like with beef tallow.
Doesn`t smell of anything and melts quick in the pot/pan. Lasts a long time as well.
