Triple-rendered grass-fed beef tallow, made in South Africa and available in 1L, 2L and 5L sizes. This pure cooking fat has a smooth texture and mild savoury flavour, making it suitable for home kitchens, frequent cooking and food-service use.
Why triple-rendered beef tallow?
Our beef fat goes through three rendering stages to remove moisture and impurities and create a clean, consistent cooking tallow. No preservatives or vegetable oils are added.

Ingredients and storage
Ingredients: 100% beef tallow.
Keep sealed in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration can extend shelf life and helps keep the tallow firm during hot weather. Always use clean, dry utensils.
Can beef tallow be reused?
Tallow used for frying may be filtered and reused if it has not burned, developed an unpleasant smell or been contaminated with water or food debris. Allow it to cool safely, filter it and store it in a clean sealed container. Discard it when its colour, smell or performance changes.
Packaging and recycling
Lid and container: PP5 plastic. Label: PVC3 plastic. Empty and rinse the packaging, separate components where possible and follow your municipality’s recycling guidance.

Good and clean renders well
It's certainly different. Enjoyed cooking with it. I don't know if I'm using too much in a pan but the whole stove top is covered in fat. Very pleased with purchase
I am happy with the product, it's a good quality.
My only disappointment is that I was charged extra for delivery because according to Courier Guys I live in a high risk area which I do not, which is the first time I hear this from a couriercompany as I receive deliveries all the time. They ripped me off.
Iwill never use nor recommend them because as far as I'm concerned, they're a bunchof thieves .

I grew up with my time shared between our home in the suburbs and the Family Farm where everything was done in traditional ways.

I love this product. It is very tasty and flavorful, almost like marrow. I prepare all my meat frying and patty frying with a little bit of this. It works very well. We have even made boerewors with this a little bit in it, and it turned out awesome. Can't wait to prepare a fillet steak with some tallow afterwards on it in stead of bone marrow.
Reminds me of my Moms cooking…

Superb taste! It's a worthwhile buy. Like butter but the flavor is more subtle and adds a depth to it would otherwise not have. I don't know if I'll be able to go back to normal oils now.
