Preheat your oven to a low temperature, rub a thin layer of tallow on the interior and exterior of the pan, and place it in the oven for an hour. Repeat this process a few times to build up a protective coating.

My only disappointment is that I was charged extra for delivery because according to Courier Guys I live in a high risk area which I do not, which is the first time I hear this from a couriercompany as I receive deliveries all the time. They ripped me off.
Iwill never use nor recommend them because as far as I'm concerned, they're a bunchof thieves .

Since using this product I have seen a great improvement in my overall health.
I grew up with my time shared between our home in the suburbs and the Family Farm where everything was done in traditional ways.
